No. There are different amounts of TO2 in both of these products. The Kilz uses different resins to make it cover so well. The TO2 is probably the most expensive part of any paint product, hence the price difference between Kilz and BM.Does Kilz have as much titanium dioxide as Benjamin Moore paint?
