Help I need to remover dry (kilz) paint.?

I need to remove dry Kilz paint from a leather jacketHelp I need to remover dry (kilz) paint.?
If I remember correctly, KILZ is a shellac. This would more than likely require a solvent such as thinner, turpentine, etc... use a dampened rag with the solvent and apply slowly and sparingly to see it you can remove it by layers until you get to the leather itself.. Wash carefully with water or cut solvent.. This COULD damage the leather depending on the type and finish .. be warned.Help I need to remover dry (kilz) paint.?
I would get it to a professional dry cleaner ASAP! Specially if you value the jacket!
