How do I get KILZ (oil based paint) out of a sweatshirt?

I used to work in a paint production company and we had a saying, which is sadly true: only scissors will remove a dry paint stain. Cut it out. Sorry.


You can dilute it with the appropriate thinner (mentioned on the original can) but it will far from disappear.
